A record for things worth proving you own.

Filed your way, kept on your phone.

Opens

  1. Documents

Every paper, with the thing it proves.

Receipts, certificates, service records, valuations, even the seller's emails. Grouped by what they prove and read without leaving the app.

When an insurer, a buyer or an executor asks, the paper is with the thing, not in a drawer. Certificates and receipts are rarely reissued.

  2. Serial number

The number they ask for first.

A serial, a chassis number, a cert number: each has a field of its own, read from the paper as you add it. A blue field opens the paper that shows it.

The police, a stolen register and an insurer all start with the number. Here it sits beside its proof.

  3. Lifecycle

    Every owner. Every service.

Bought, serviced, valued, sold: each entry dated, each one opening the document behind it.

A history with paper behind every step is what a buyer pays for, and what a claim is settled on.

  4. Valuation

    A figure, with its date.

Each valuation is kept with the valuer's report: the figure, what it was for and who gave it. After three years FINDERS marks it as old.

Prices move, and many policies want a valuation from the last three years. FINDERS shows its age and never adds valuations up.

Your collections. Your fields.

Watches, jewellery, cards, cars, art. Start from a built-in collection or make your own, and each asks for the fields that matter to it, in its own words: a card's serial becomes its cert number, its condition its grade.

Everything keeps the same core record underneath, so search, export and a claim still work.

Scan it. Confirm it.

Scan a receipt or a certificate, choose a PDF, or paste a dealer's page. FINDERS reads the maker, the date and the serial on the phone and offers each one for you to confirm. Nothing is saved until you do.

Nothing is filled in silently. A wrong serial on a theft report is worse than a blank one.

Export it. Open it anywhere.

The record typeset as a PDF, the photographs, and every document exactly as it was filed, with a list of their fingerprints. Sent by Mail, AirDrop or Files. It opens on any computer, without FINDERS.

FINDERS has no server. Paperwork is read on the iPhone, stays there behind Face ID, and leaves only as a file you send. A list of who owns what is worth stealing. This one does not exist.

  • Not a price tracker. No market feed, no charts, no total. Valuations are kept with their date.
  • Not a marketplace.Nothing to list, nothing to buy. Nobody sees your collection to sell to it.
  • Not a catalogue. No list of models to pick from. Anything can be recorded, catalogued or not.
  • Not an authenticator.FINDERS keeps the paper and shows it unchanged. It never calls it genuine.

An archive of record, for the things worth proving you own.
